Appointments can only be made provisionally over the phone. This is until a deposit is received from you in person at my studio.

 

The deposit must be received within 24 hours of the provisional appointment being made. A contact number must also be given.

 

If this does not happen then the appointment becomes free again for another client to take that appointment time and date.

 

This is due to many appointments being made and people failing to show. Therefore wasting my time, materials and also causing loss of other business which could have been had.

 

It is not only the standard of my work that gains the clients overall satisfaction but also the running of my studio.
